Take a look a other biotechs that have done this type of financing ahead of P3 data. There was always a gap down, (retail dumping), and then a nice move higher.
Believe it or not, I like the fact Harvey is taking full USA rights (assuming he isn't lying again because he did say the same thing about Deforolimus at the time).
