That is because people always want to believe in a conspiracy, it is just how people are. In stocks there is always the conspiracy of manipulation because there is a history of it. But stating it is happening with BEHL in the manner that most do is incorrect. There is manipulation but it is rarely if ever an MM, and surely not the way people want to post the same thing they read somewhere else. BEHL has its manipulation but it is not what has gotten the PPS down here, that cause is the huge tsunami of shares BEHL has flooded the market with.
