You need to secret decoder ring to the hidden company filings to see the real numbers. There are *some* who have greater *insight* than other parties here that rely on published data, some have the secret codes to open up the unknowns.

I do have links to what is happening and what was asked is can it be proven that anything I said was wrong?? The answer is no..
A new CEO is coming on and the company is reducing debt while increasing production..They also are backed by vetted banks and have a few investors willing to either by shares at a premium or with restrictions..It is more than likely that the majority of common shares in this company are owned by the mangement and insiders and none are selling and running for the door..It is a good bet that when the new CEO comes on board on or before the first of the year..that it will be with the company having very little debt and many more products going out the door with a better profit margin..JD and Glenn will step down and the new CEO will run the show and not as a puppet as some have claimed..The company has a three year recurring contract with LOWES and the credit line is still secure..I like what I see..
To the negative posts about the pps..I could care less..The majority of the posters are still buying shares..not selling and moving on and that is a fact..Now since you don't have any links to disprove anything I have written above..I'll stay around to watch the company grow..
Edit..I also ask that you provide for a fact that JD and Glenn has "pilfered 400k from the company"..as you have no idea at this time if they have started paying that back...veno
