I think if you haven't taken the time to read all of the documents and know the history you might be very cautious in investing at this point. While we ultimately don't know what will happen until the courts make their rulings, I believe educated analysis makes it less of a gamble or at least perceives to be. I guess we'll see who the smart one is by the end of the year. I'm betting on you and me.
