When I spoke with Sherman about him he said that it had been approved that Kauffman just needed to upload the info to Pacer, thats why I am watching pacer like a hawk beacuase as you can tell this is a well orgainzed and orchastraded operation, the pacer filing will be the kickoff for the SEC filings!!
