that is what i heard a buyer basically returned the stock,almost like going to Macys and returning a shirt,how can that be looked upon as good news,and again no integrity on the companys lack of informing the sh of a public co what the 62million share fiasco was about,but hey november is right around the corner,imagine the people in poland that were supposed to have a wte plant taking care of the refuge,wonder what they are doing,but ipwg continues its shady ways as sh are left in the dark,,,,,,,,,all imho,but facts are facts 4.00 in trades pps0.0007 not much to be proud of!!!!!!!!!!1

Does that really seem plausible? Sounds a bit too strange to me....but I guess anything is possible. What type of a purchase would allow for such a thing? Private placement? Certainly not a retail trade. This is a strange animal we have here.
