Clinton...I believe you are right. A rather tight market, as any effort to buy stock moves the ask up almost immediately.

When the announcement was made several months ago regarding this transaction HPG indicated they had 57 operating wells, now the announcemnt is 92 operating wells. I'm not sure that Northern had but a few, so obviously HPG has been busy drilling away, which should bode well for the HPG shareholders in the very near future!
