Actually "WE" as shareholders dont know that if the company is planning to dump? they say one thing and do another, that is exactly why they have been doing the "Say the one thing and doing the other for the last month".
I'm not sure I understand this statement. They said they were going to complete the financials and they did. They indicated a R/S and provided information about it in advance. They indicated new management coming on board and they are here. They talked of three acquisitions, and were honest about one not being a good fit, one needing more time at the target's request, and the third is being finalized.
I know what this is about, Just watch... they didnt make the sale, they didnt get any money, so they will play the pump and dump game to subsidize thier cash inflow for the next qyarter.. Just watch.. what makes this company any different from any others out there recently in this recession or depression as we are??? they see us as cattle to milk.
Has there been an increase in the A/S that I'm not aware of. How else does one pump and dump if there is no dump?
