This is my take also,on the E-MAILS..

It would appear from the date of the E-MAILS,vis-a-vis,Moore's obtaining Legal advise separate from Leckrone,That this action from ACER,was the catalyst that WOKE-UP,Moore to the reality that Leckrone was working against Moore's best interests.(Moore,, more than likely shared these E-MAILS with his closest friends, and subsequently took steps to protect his interests)..

And then PTSC,learned of these and more shenanigans by Leckrone,and
filed against Leckrone,..( I don't believe that the PTSC BoD,did any DD that uncovered these facts on their own)..Just my opinion..
