OK. Has anyone gone to the SEC and requested the filing which shows exactly to who and how much has been raised by the open 504 (and how much money can be still be raised during the current rolling 12 month period) - we can also tell how much the 504 shares are being sold for, that is how much of a discount to market. Or has anyone done this kind of necessary DD ?
