Jack, you are incorrect. The debt of $18 million which NXXI OWES in just over 10 months to the series J holders WILL INDEED force them into bankruptcy.

You can post all the definitions you want. When Sept 11 comes and the 18 million isn't there, it's bankruptcy time.

It seems VERY ironic that you are posting these words when it was YOU YOURSELF telling us NXXI was heading for bankruptcy not too long ago!! Remember Jackk?
