Sharecount is darn near irrelevant to me... all that matters is market cap. JADA should have 3x's current market cap based on historical data.

Uplisting does have perceived value to many and real value to institutional investors, who sometimes have bylaws prohibiting the purchase of otcbb's or microcaps under certain total valuations...until then, this is a dream stock for traders. Obviously I like to trade for free stock to hold long term and there is a reasonably clear path to JADA uplisting WITHOUT a reverse split within 2 years.
