Only time will tell jmo...

.Would you come out stating your full intentions when the head of the DEA said he would be gunning for you, despite of what the people want, and may or may not vote for.

Its a slippery slope, and technically, the DEA could come in and lock it all down. SFIO has a legitimate buisness without the cannabis, and I'm sure they would not try to jeopardize what they already have going.

This vote, and what precedes are the key to this JV in the short term. I believe very long term that this JV will be a big one, maybe not even in the US. Holding both tightly

Your post,

I wish I knew more about the legal subtleties here, but the way they talk about the CBIS-SFIO JV makes it sound like it is a project apart from CBIS' own internal projects dependent upon US FDA approval. Here are some excerpts from SFIO's release that get my attention:

Thats what the Dividend payout shares you are going to recieve will be going too. CBIS will create another company to prusue the FDA pharma side of the medical Marajuana. No need now to remain under that umberella.

Just stick around you will own that too.

Owning a position in CBIS you get 3 different companies.
Legal weed
e-weed, and
FDA approved insurance paid for weed.

After Prop19 passes, will you be able to buy weed from a road side vegetable stand? " I'll take two canalopes and a bag of weed. Sir"
