I'm guessing that you are referring to some kind of an approval from the Huerfano County Board of County Commissioners as the governing authority to approve the wind energy project of BLVD as what transpired in the approved wind energy project below: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=55726546
I'm not fully versed on all of the official terms relating to such approval, but if they complete this project, then the entire negative perception for how BLDV is viewed, would greatly change for the better.
Considering this approval, you have to wonder which action would be considered… the cart being placed in front of the horse or the horse being placed front of the cart.
I say this because I’m wondering if the county wants to see an approval of the $420 million first to finance their project before approving it or is it that before the financers approve the $420 million, do they want to see an approval from the county first indicating that they will be granted permission to build the project?
You can have all the money in the world, but if you don’t get approval from the county, then it won’t matter. If I had to guess, either announcement will be followed by the other as I am guessing that there is some coordination between key parties to confirm that each approval is predicated upon the support of the other. For us here, all we need to do is to see one and it would be subliminally known that the other is coming in my opinion.
Again, the odds are not in any favor of a little pink sheets stock as the likes of BLDV pulling this off, but because enough have been announce making it known what they are trying to do, it should be on everyone’s radar because if they do pull this off, it would be very very very huge. If not, then we would probably remain somewhat in the area where we are at now. These are the risks we decided to take.
