Also for Joshua Ward - resigned fully from IMAI International Merchant Advisors and Organic Science consulting in March 2010.

Also Mel Roseman indicated resigned shortly after during spring, as well as John Flinn resigned and indicated the Organic Science operation was fully discontinued and shut down during the summer.

As for what the company is doing now - no other information has been made available recently from this company?

Maybe the shareholders need to contact the company or Seth Mailing for a current update on what the company is doing currently or plans to do?
