VV, I understand your frustration. I am trying to rationalize his action, but could not find any plausible explanation. I bought some shares when the price was in high teens and then picked up some more when it fell down to a nickel. CEO's action definitely sent a negative signal to the market and raised a reg flag. I think the best way to find more about him is to talk to somebody who has dealt with him in any business capacity. As I mentioned before, I don't have 100% confidence in management. My call is still "hold" - the technology is too good to pass by. I believe only technology like this can bring the US back to its previous shape. Something like this will shake the world again and change the game. If we are lucky, Shrink will be one of the game changers. Have faith.
