Thanks vv and wakl for bringing up this to our attention and analyzing the action of CEO. Just wondering whether anybody knows what Mr. Baum's compensation arrangement is. I guess it is a combination of cash and common shares of the company (no option-type compensation - compensation in the form of company shares). Just pure speculation! Any comment in this regard would be appreciated.
