In the stickied Q/A post (from Tenacious) from 9.9.10 there is an important response from the CEO in question 1:
1. When, as a potential investor, can I expect to receive updated information on the related stock stats previously mentioned – Our attorney is currently finishing off the disclosure document to completely outline the relationship we terminated with the previous IR Company, Big Apple. We have been in protracted discussions with them since we terminated our agreement prematurely. It has taken about 4 months longer than I had hoped; than I was lead to expect. We need to ensure that they are locked down and cannot damage the business going forward. Never again will I engage a company and pay them in stock. Lesson learnt!
So that was Sept 9th. And lo and behold, the mentioned new disclosure statement coming was initially posted to OTC on September 21st and was signed and dated by the CEO September 13th - just 4 days after he said the attorneys were working on it. That is a good example how this guy is not blowing smoke here.
Also, the last part of the answer I find significant because he is acknowledging an action he made that came back to bite him, the company and shareholders. And he's clearly saying, lessons learned and never again. I do like that.
On top of all that. He PR'd the move into mobile, and not only have they done it, but have it included in the family of offerings on the website with current news links, etc - and are poised for new contracts in that division of the company. More good-on-his-word news from this CEO and the company imvho.<<
