hypothetically - a person could make a single phone call to a company and be construed as effort towards a JV...... ?? not calling anyone a liar - people do exaggerate...(seen that on Ihub before) and maybe they are working towards a JV but will it materialize?

"just yesterday, she told a few people the JV is still on". . There are also other posts that claim they spoke with IR. Then why is it that every time I call I get a voice mail message. When I do ask to be called back it never happens. Those who claim to have spoken to IR, how many calls did it take to get a live Tracy? Thanks.
