I just found a reason why volume could be low here. I just tried to place a trade through Ameritrade and it doesn't even accept opening transactions for this security!

Ameritrade rarely restricts stocks since they are considered one of the best for pennies. If Ameritrade is restricted this then I bet other brokers are too.
Ameritrade has 7 million customers so you are missing out on TONS of potential buyers here!! It sucks too since I would've definitely bought some next week!
