Solar Play ~ Nacel Energy (NCEN). Been slowly accumulating shares in the lower .05's. Last month on just a hint of news it ran to .45. Final stock payment due in mid Nov. to lender, which should boost the stock. > (Debt Free) Many wind projects set to take off.
