Even if what you say is true, the fact still remains that they are doing what they said they would do...i.e, reduce 4.5 bil shares and form a JV...even if float is 1.4 bil this can still run to multi-pennies. I think they needed some cash to complete some operations but they probably have the money now to run the company.
