I have sent my email to PPHM asking for an explanation to this appointment which seemed very arrogant and out of place.
It is the out of place part that gives me hope. Why do it? it makes no sense. My hope is that Mr. King has his hands full being CEO and they wanted Johnson to act as a point man in negotiating a partnership or something and he needed a title to be deemed a serious point man. Why else?
They had been adamant in their position that they didn't need anyone to be COB. Why now? Hopefully, it is because they are embarking on a path that makes sense to have an attorney as point man. Let's hope it is not another lawsuit.
