MediaG3's technology came just before the .com burst and that's when any promising up and coming technology was scrapped when investors pulled out. The LMDS platform ended up being on the sideline as other technologies emerged. This does not make the technology patents "old" and "crusty"; it just means the technology was ahead of its time. Its time is NOW.
