Announced on October 21st from GE Ecomagination Challenge which Cyclone Power participated. Lets hope GE sees Cyclone Power, which received enough votes and put it in the top 30. I believe number 27 out of like 3800 entries.
Challenge winner and partnership announcements on November 16. Your ideas have kept the evaluation committee and judging panel busy. At the close of the Challenge, we told you that the number of ideas and level of engagement has been even higher than we expected . . . and the ideas keep coming.
I’m pleased to let you know that we plan to introduce the winners, as well as new business and academic partnerships, plus share the lessons we’ve learned along the way on November 16.
Be sure to visit the ecomagination site (www.ecomagination.com) at 10:00am ET on Tuesday, November 16 where will live stream the announcement event featuring Challenge winners and new partners. GE Chairman and CEO Jeff Immelt, Chief Marketing Officer Beth Comstock, Senior Vice President and GE Research Director Vice President Mark Little and ecomagination Vice President Mark Vachon will be part of the announcement event along with our venture capital partners.
