Mr. Brumfield will address shareholders at an appropiate time, imho. Based on the silence of Cdex, imho, work is ongoing.

Can you make the argument, that MP sold some stock to make Mr. Brumfield look bad for the silence at Cdex?

Or heaven forbid, someone had a banker tell them to catch up on their loan payments, or there was a medical problem, or a wedding to pay for.

You must not be to savy on the sales yesterday and today.

This shameless pro would look at the size of the trades and the time of sales and say, odds are it was one shareholder responsible for 90% or more of the sells.

There are approximately 1400 hundred registered shareholders in Cdex. Another 15,000 or more shareholders with stock in their brokerage account. So the odds that a shareholder had a reason to sell that is NOT Mr. Brumfield related is STRONG.
