Thank you for your inquiry. At this time, the SYNJ issue has been escalated upward and we are continuously working on obtaining our shares. I am unable to tell when exactly we will receive these shares and credit them to accounts. The firm that owes us shares has not been able to deliver, but we are trying to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Other firms may have received all of their shares or they may have pre-credited their accounts. I am unable to tell. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions.

Rob, The transfer agent gave all the dividend shares to all shareholders of record. If they aren't on record then that is considered "airshares" or NSS...

Rob, I know you are a smart guy... Don't you think after this long TDA would be blaming SYNJ for not handing out dividends, and legally pursue them and protect their customers/shareholders...
