12/29/10 is when TTC Technology is gonna release our financial report. This will be the day when we would get a first glance at how well Bendix sold TMPS. Remember, Bendix is due to pay 15% of total sales yearly on December, 11 of each year. I'm sure everything else(split,merger,buyout) will happen at the end of this quarter as well.
