I wouldn't rule out a settlement with Calypso. I really don't think it's a matter of revenge. It really is a matter of what makes the most business sense. Calypso has been backed into a corner and has very few options to negotiate. It's sort of an all or none deal, unless the Daic parties want to settle. I do think Dave and the new BOD would be open to a settlement that does not include the Daic parties being involved or in Calypso having any future possibility of having to deal with or ask the Daic parties permission to do any business, which is the way it should be.
