The thing that makes CBIS the best play in the Cannabis sector is that they are in the game regardless of legislation.

If prop 19 passes they have the JV with SFIO for retail distribution.

If prop 19 fails they still have the ability to license to dispensaries in states that are for profit as well as profit off of the JV in Cali when the smokeless device is sold to stores (they can profit off of that under 215)

If the dispensaries are shut down in lieu of Pharmaceutical Cannabis, they have that covered as well.

That is why they win. IMHO
