Here's an article that discusses this issue a bit. It's probably a different rate for each movie/content, with the terms kept secret. I suppose someone could ask EP or Fred if they have not already, but I kind of doubt they would disclose it and probably would cite "competitive" or "contractual" reasons. AIMHO
