CBIS will increase the most because CBIS is the only one that is directly involved with producing medical marijuana. The other stocks have nothing to do with the production or distribution of medical marijuana. CBIS is in the Healthcare : Biotechnology & Drugs market sector.

Pot sniffing dogs will do good after P19. Every State in the nation will have these guys sniffing bags and folks as they walk off California flights. Not to mention anyone being pulled over once leaving the State line. Anyone with California plates just driving in anyother State will be a target.
