Lost, I did the same thing you did and I got may dividend 2-3 weeks later. They should send you a email with a WU statement to pick up the dividend.

I think I never mentioned that when i sent my infor in for the dividend, I also sent evidence that I still hold the share I held on Dec. 31, 2009. Shouldn't make a difference but maybe it did.
