HLNT December Newsletter

December Newsletter
The answers to the below questions were provided by Charlton Coats, CEO of Highline Technical Innovations.

1. Are there any concerns the Chinese might take our hydrogen generator technology without compensating us?

I’m sure, like any other technology, there is a concern of theft. When the Wildcat can be found on many of the major carriers, then perhaps it will be of concern, but there is little we can do to stop them if they really wanted it.

2. Please translate this line from the Financial Report, many people are trying to figure out what the heck it means:

One agreement currently being finalized will grant currently positioned transportation marketing experts the rights to all transportation fleets not already engaged with HTI. What "rights are being granted"? We're not sure what you mean by this.
This will be explained in a future press release.

3. When will the website be updated to include updated information like dealers, press releases, and just general updating.

If not currently updated by the time of this release, then it is being worked on.

4. Are all fleet deals contingent on EPA approval? Because that might not come until 2012, I'm assuming that many companies want to put them on their trailers immediately.

No, there are no fleet deals contingent on EPA approval.

5. Did Highline have any representatives on hand at the TruckIT forum in Atlanta on November 7-8? Fleet directors from some major corporations were on hand - it seems like a logical place to promote the Wildcat.

No, not directly.

6. Which would you foresee coming sooner - buying back shares or a reverse split? Is a reverse split necessary and in the company's future at any point?

There has been no discussion of a reverse split.

7. Has HLNT talked to Tyson Foods in Arkansas about using the WILDCAT BOOSTERS, and what’s the status.

HTI will not comment on what carriers they are in contact with until a deal is fully consummated and implementation has commenced.
