We know what happenned to AEXCA after they announced the settlement with SONY it went from $2.00 to $50+ . So I'm not gonna wait for the 8K to be released I will just have to trust AMD's DD since they have their own IP department and I'm confident that they have some insider info regarding PTSC and Intel litigation they will not buy shares in PTSC if their claim has no merit. JMHO!
