Do you still think Frohman still owns a bunch of shares?

I still dont get it. What did Diehl buy then? Did he pay money just for the title of president of PFMS? Typically when you buy a shell you get a controlling number of shares. This is why I thought the A/S doubled right before Diehl aquired it.

No shares sold now in 2 days. I guess that is good and means most shares are in strong hands. The problem is we need some hits at the ask.
