You say they are being shady, I say they are trying to get the job done. We both have an opinion and it doesn't make either one of us right.

We also both have options. We can stick with the stock, or we can move on based on how we feel about the "conditions".

I am staying. I see money to be made. I do not care what company they do it with AT ALL. All I care about is that the stock price goes up so that I can take profits. PERIOD.
