It's true zen and what is even more
true that asking questions is how you get answers.

Novel approach huh? lmao Yet so many see what you or others bring up (including myself) as somehow breaking the karma. I think people believe that asking questions is threateneing or can upset the base. It's business and in this case, answers whether they are good, bad or indifferent should be every shareholder's goal. I hope it upsets the base BIGTIME to the point that they demand answers rather than good 1/4 mile times.

A public company cannot defraud it's shareholders. I don't care if they are on the pinksheets, polkadotsheets or silksheets. The typical message board line is, "they are a pinksheet company, they owe us nothing". Nothing can be more incorrect! EVERY public company has a fiduciary duty to its shareholders. The SEC and SFC seem to agree when it comes to USCA and CMKX.

Mr. Meheu impresses me. I believe he is a man of experience and bottom line action. I see him taking this one step at a time, even if the first step is reporting a 'fugly' o/s number and confirmation that racing has taken precedent over drilling.
If so, I will be watching closely to see him turn this ship around.

Zen quote;
“Well I've noticed that whenever I splash a dose of reality on things despite my very optimistic, long position on cmkx, that the 5-year olds rear their heads back with venom because they can't seem to comprehend that I'm a real investor that still expects Urban to behave like a real CEO”.

What dose of reality have you splashed in your recent posts? That Mr. Casavant is a buffoon, or he is just a promoter and doesn't know or understand the proper way of running HIS company?

Perhaps you could offer your services to CMKX and sit down and explain to them the error of their ways. I am quite sure that they would be very excited to have one such as you to correct any deficiencies the company faces at the present time and into the feature.

But before you do that allow me to suggest that you educate yourself in the ways of the stock market.

You really do need to understand how the market works Zen, read the blog below written by Mark Cuban (another CEO that doesn't act like a "real" CEO) and perhaps you and others might catch a glimpse of the promotional aspect of the market.
