Over 600million shares diluted as of June 30/2010, sales of JV sales of 171,000 as of June 30/2010, No wonder SGCP is selling for .0011! But of course 4 dredges in the minning season, where is the money coming from to meet expenses from July to Dec.? Sure hope fast tracking CC comes through! Some my opinion, numbers from the filings!
