NEW YORK, NY and MONTREAL, QC, July 18, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- ICBS Limited (ICBS) (Pink Sheets :ICBM) a business development and financial management firm located in New York and Montreal, today announced plans to open new brewery in Canada.

ICBS, under its fully owned Ramapo Valley Brewery Canada Ltd., plans to open a new brewery to be located just outside Montreal Quebec.

The new brewery is being built to supplement the demand for the Ramapo Valley Brewery beers especially the HB Gluten free beer, and its Skull Crusher brands in the U.S. as well as the Canadian and International markets. The new brewery is expected to help boost the production capabilites of Ramapo Valley Brewery in New York.

The new brewery is expected to reach sales of over 4 million in the first year, rising to over 11.5 million by the close of 2009.

Ramapo Valley Brewery (Canada) Ltd., will open new markets in Italy, the U.K., and China by 2009.
'This new brewery will allow us to expand our operations to meet the ever increasing market demand for our beers' ,said Garth McIntosh, President and CEO of ICBS.
