LTUS - Red Flag? How was cancelling of the SEDA agreement a red flag? To me LTUS was saying to shareholders ...hey we will not dilute the stock at these prices...we will take things a little slower and pay for our grand plans...ie...construction using cashflow until stock price improves. Now, if you say its all a matter of market perception then answer this. If they diluted the heck out of LTUS at the current stock price then what would the market of thought of LTUS then. Everybody would of piled on screaming at LTUS WHY ARE YOU DILUTING. So, yes people here can have opinions but the facts are the facts...they did not dilute which is good for shareholders.
What other OTC company can you say puts that type of commitment and confidence in their business and decides diluting is a bad idea at these prices?
I actually think LTUS has done a pretty descent job in the PR area and letting shareholders know what is going on. As far as transparency they will either become more transparent or will never make it to the big board. So far I have no reason to not trust LTUS management as they have delivered over the past few years.
