How late are they on their filing that gave them the dreaded extra E? Are they about to get relegated to the pinks?
We know what happens when that happens, CGDI comes to mind as of recently... From the PPS i would gather thats its already a done deal as to being relegated to the land of the unregulated, lol.
As if any of this space is to be trusted accounting wise and numbers and such as some would say. Thats been the base of the bear attack on China small cap since the beginning and it appears to have had some effect since March on or so...
I like your strategy BTW, and although not common, I think it is best to take your stand and then stick to your guns.
Not of any opinion on Legend as of yet, but better times are in store for the sector in general, thats for sure.
