I bought more today as well. Worst case scenario is P's see $250 imho. What was Walrath presented with in chambers for her to change course and appoint an examiner? Had to relate to valuation imho. If nothing were wrong with what A & M and Rozen have been doing, then why no asset list, no valuation, etc. I don't underestimate the will and ability of the equity committee and its lawyers to get substantial value for equity. We are in good hands. We still have the TPS matter to be heard and the confirmation hearing itself. A great battle was won with the appointment of the examiner, and all the ds hearing was an unimportant skirmish. jmho. In the near future we win the war.
