The CEO's email is [e-mail] . He's always been very prompt and responsive in replying to emails from shareholders. Email him and ask your structural questions.

If you're concerned about divulging your IP address in the email header, use an anonymous proxy service -- several free ones online. Just search "free anonymous email".

Keeping the head count and all expenses absolutely as low as possible is this company's current way of maximizing shareholder value by minimizing the need for dilution in this period before initial revenues.

If this company were to do all the things you just suggested, you'd instead be bitchin' about burn rate. You want them to recruit and compensate a whole soccer team full of people!

Well, if you don't believe that Bloomberg is giving you the correct information, what I suggest is contacting NNVC for the correct information, and then notifying Bloomberg that they are posting misinformation.

Maybe you can get some of your subscription fees back, too!
