Rickych...if the valuation is in the ballpark (and let's just say that it is for now since he stated it in the audio update), I would anticipate the acquisition cost to be in the ballpark of tens of millions...I don't see WorldLink giving up patents for hundred-thousands when GOIG could potentially be making tens of millions.
How do we get that kind of funding?...I would suspect from the issuance of additional authorized shares...perhaps not a bad thing if the assumptions related to the valuation are reasonable and the acquisition costs can be recouped quickly.
On the other hand, the picture may not be as rosy if assumptions regarding the valuation are not reasonable (e.g. ticker symbols and keywords)...additional shares with unreasonable expectations would be a hard pill to swallow.
So, big deal? Who knows for sure but I'd like to take as much guessing out of the equation by having as much information now as possible...to each his own I guess.
