Yes, exactly--factual information about the entity requesting the permit. With the exception of the stack test, the rest of the reqiored information could have been gathered in the period from at least April until now.

Either way, we're getting mired in this permit issue which isn't very worthwhile since Mr. Bordynuik hasn't given any timelines at all. We can go back and forth all day saying it should "probably" be quick or it "probably" is so difficult that the past five months so far is adequately justified. We won't get anywhere discussing it.

The really important issue is whether or not JBII can actually sell any of the pyrolysis oil at a price that makes it worth the cost of the feedstock and processing--of course Mr. Bordynuik hasn't given any evidence there either so we can choose to be skeptical or default to faith and patience. Those who choose correctly will be better off financially.
