I disagree, and so do many others. Read the ibox for clarification!

The company PR'd yesterday that with the current 190 Million O/S the exchange has already taken place.

That exchange was for the 99% of the shares that they already acquired. The 1% shares that now remain is the current O/S structure of 190 Million. Those shares will remain freely trading.

No doubt about it in my mind.
