Thanks Rickych...I'm not saying it's cost...I'm OK with it being called a valuation...I think what's needed is an explanation on how the valuation was determined...that explanation will inherently discuss the costs and financial benefits of the acquisition to arrive at the valuation and remove the ambiguity.
