wakl, If a person owns shares they're entitled to sell them whenever.

So I'm not necessarily blaming the CEO for anything. It is just that Form4 that has to be filed that announces to the world what is happening. It is a sign that can be read.

If the 570K shares were just quietly sold there wouldn't be any problem as the obvious buying pressure would have absorbed them. But now the situation looks entirely different. Few buyers today, mostly sellers. Very bad precedent here. I was actually hoping this stock would be a long-term investment instead of just a flippers plaything.

Amazing how things can change so radically in just one day. This is still exactly the same company, same opportunity, as last Friday. Except the PPS is off 20%.

Oh Well... that's life in the fast lane!
