I have no interest in shorting a penny stock and I find it very hard to believe that there are entities out there that see value in shorting ISCR, especially at .05. I am starting to think the company is complicit as they are letting it happen. "IF" they went into a full production run last week, as previously mentioned (take with a big grain of salt), then they could have used that as ammo. Apparently they did not go into production.
Very baffling.
